Orange County Pain Management Clinic Ordinance
Effective 12/15/2010
On December 7, 2010 the Orange County Board of County Commissioners approved ordinance
2010-17 which establishes a one-year moratorium on the issuance of any new Local
Business Tax Receipts to any person for the purpose of engaging in, operating, or
managing a pain management clinic, as this term is defined under the law.
Effective December 15, 2010, an executed affidavit shall accompany an application
for a Local Business Tax Receipt in each of the following categories:
