Effective June 13, 2012 ordinances approved by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners related to Pain Management Clinics, as this term is defined under the law:

Effective December 15, 2010 an executed affidavit shall accompany an application for a Local Business Tax Receipt.

NOTICE (Change Effective 3/1/2010)

If you perform any service that includes fertilizing lawns, proof of satisfactorily completing training in the Green Industries Best Management Practices Certification Course must be provided before you renew your Business Tax Receipt. Change effective 3/1/10.
